At Keebio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your mechanical keyboard gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unassembled condition and within the 30-day return window; please note that soldered PCBs and used switches are not eligible for return.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
